What do you think? The Shrike looks a bit too outwardly malevolent to me, whereas I always pictured it as somewhat more passive, but the spikes are much better and more terrifying than on the US mass market cover that everyone has seen. Overall, I think it’s quite good.

It needs to look calmer.

I wake up late, and my mom goes off screaming at me.
It just so happens that she has a good reason, too; she has to administer make-up quizzes in the morning. She resumes yelling at me.
I find out that I didn’t get a couple of homework assignments done, and therefore receive zeroes for them.
My mom resumes yelling at me.
I make a(n) (anomalous) 68 on a History test.
Mom just gives me the stern anger treatment.
I get another bad lab group in my hated IPC class; one dumb little bitch tweets shit about my friends right in front of me (and then says that she’s not making fun of her by calling her “so 281”, I’M SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE THAT?), one guy’s a stupid pothead retard who can’t come up with anything else to say but “Chill out, dude” (Like we’re still trippin’ the 70’s, brah) and doesn’t know the difference between conduction, convection, and radiation, and one guy’s just a plain-ass fucking moron, saying that we don’t have to work. In fact, they all said that we didn’t have to work. WHAT THE FUCK? THIS IS SCHOOL, IS IT NOT? DO WE NOT WORK IN SCHOOL?
My chamber music group in orchestra gets tested, I perform poorly, and my instructor gets cross with me.
After going a couple of days without much homework, making everything seem resolved, my mom’s boyfriend comes home from Austin after 2 days and decides to become a bipolar prick, and get into screaming matches with my mom for taking me to an Italian restaurant that they normally go to for their “date night”.

Am I a sick-minded person for coming up with imaginary alien reproductive cycles and anatomy?
